Honor Flight

2 years ago I volunteered for Honor Flight - I was a guardian on one trip, and I drove some WWII veterans to and from their flight days as well throughout the summer.

This year, I am fortunate enough again to have the opportunity to go to DC - escorting veterans to see the monument built in their honor.

For more information: Honor Flight NWO

We will be escorting 80 veterans to see the WWII, Korean, Vietnam, Air Force, and Marine Corps Memorials, and then to Arlington to see the Hallowed Ground and the Tomb of the Unknown.

I am honored that I am able to give back to these veterans that deserve so much more than we can ever give them.

God Bless them all!
